Starting & Running a Sandwich-Coffee Bar

I ordered this book thinking it was written by and for use in the United States. However upon receiving it I realized quickly that it was written by and for use in the United Kingdom. Therefore a large portion is related to their terms, currency and their particular health departments. It is probably a great book for their use but not for here in the states.
